Dear NC State Bar,
I am in receipt of your response’s
I have also attached Rule 1.7 and Rule 1.9 where it clearly states:
 

1.  RULE 1.9 DUTIES TO FORMER CLIENTS  
2. (c) A lawyer who has formerly represented a client in a matter or whose present or former firm has formerly represented a client in a matter shall not thereafter:   
3. (1) use information relating to the representation to the disadvantage of the former client except as these Rules would permit or require with respect to a client, or when the information has become generally known; or

(2) reveal information relating to the representation except as these Rules would permit or require with respect to a client.

1. RULE 1.7 CONFLICT OF INTEREST: CURRENT CLIENTS

(a) Except as provided in paragraph (b), a lawyer shall not represent a client if the representation involves a concurrent conflict of interest. A concurrent conflict of interest exists if:
(1) the representation of one client will be directly adverse to another client; or
 
Questions:

1. Can you please explain to me how Andrea Capua who you acknowledged as representing me in my divorce proceedings where my children were involved, and who Is still in the law firm diSanti Watson Capua is advising both the Sheriff Len Hagaman and the Tom Hughes director of Watauga DSS without Anthony di Santi’s' knowledge?
2. Can you explain how the NC STATE BAR came up with No conflict of interests when it is involving the exact same children and is clearly explained in Rule 1.7?
3. Can you explain how the NC State Bar came up with no duty to former clients as once again it is clearly explained in rule 1.9?
4. Can you explain to me why the NC Bar would protect child trafficking and child abuse?

Refusal to answer each question with an explanation will be confirmation that the NC State Bar is involved with covering up and involvement in:

1. Child Trafficking 
2. Child abuse
3. RICO: Racketeering and profiting from the exploits of children and parents.
4. Not enforcing its own Rules of Conduct.​

Your job is to protect citizens from corruption and not protect corruption and cover-up child abuse and child trafficking.
