THE FBI HAS ACKNOWLEDGED AND IS FULLY AWARE OF THESE STATEMENTS AS FACT:
1. That psychological child abuse (dsm-5 v995.51) is as harmful if not worse than sexual child abuse.
2. It is perfectly fine for Judges to order emotional domestic violence. Particularly: the harming of one’s relationship with his/her children (Department of Justice definition)
3. Judges order psychological child abuse and domestic violence across the United States.
4. States and their entities do their best to silence parents and children from reporting this abuse.
5. Over 550+ judges across the United States are accused of child abuse.
6. The FBI’s call center is set up to hang up on people trying to report child abuse.
7. The FBI goes out of their way to not investigate psychological child abuse and ignores constitutional rights violations to protect child abusers.
8. The FBI’s sworn oath is ignored and is a hypocritical organization that does not protect its citizens and the rights by God, protected under the United States constitution.
9. Mandatory reporting of suspected child abuse is a law in all 50 states. The FBI believes they are above the law and can ignore/refuse to follow this law. Countless children are abused and murdered as a direct result of the FBI illegal, negligent actions.
10. 2nd amendment is not to be used for vengeance but is to be used to protect a person's children from imminent abuse and or danger.
Furthermore, if a person believes that a judge, sheriff, division of child services, police department, FBI agents, oversite committees, or any government agency they believe to be harming their child and is in imminent danger, their 2nd amendment constitutional right is acceptable to use.
11. That people will die, and children will continue to be abused directly from the negligence of FBI’s own malfeasance.
12. I have contacted Richard Southerland of the FBI on December 5th, 2022, to show them this webpage prior to making it public. We have given them ample opportunity to correct anything at all that the FBI thinks needs to be.
13. The FBI is fully aware they are authorizing deadly force against other people in government.

On December 23rd, 2022
I personally met with the duty agents of the West Palm Beach FBI's office.
This meeting was in regard to the 530+ judges accused of child abuse and the 2500+ government agencies and personal illegally covering up child abuse and trafficking children.
I asked them direct questions.
The duty agent's responses:
I personally met with the duty agents of the West Palm Beach FBI's office.
This meeting was in regard to the 530+ judges accused of child abuse and the 2500+ government agencies and personal illegally covering up child abuse and trafficking children.
I asked them direct questions.
The duty agent's responses:
- They understand psychological child abuse is a horrible crime. The FBI does not protect children when abused psychologically.
- The FBI will not write reports on psychological child abuse and pass the criminal child abuse cases to specialists.
- The FBI fully understands that the FBI call center to report child abuse and trafficking hangs up on people and is trained to protect child abusers especially when there is a divorce/separation.
- The FBI encourages people to call this line to knowing it is fruitless just so the FBI can continue the abuse.
- The FBI fully protects child abusers and trafficking when there is a divorce or separation.
- The FBI understands the corruption of the state oversite committees, bar associations and emphasized they will not investigate that corruption.
- The FBI fully understands people will use their 2nd amendment rights to protect their children even if that means people in and around government will die and more people will continue to commit suicide.
- We absolutely will not protect the people's constitutional rights or the constitution no matter how egregious the violations are. Refusal of due process,
- The FBI encourages parents witnessing their children being abused to let the abuse continue and go to politicians to change laws
- The fact of the matter is: In all 50 states there are already laws on the books about emotional child abuse and mandatory child abuse reporting laws. Laws are already in place, they are not being followed.
- It's not about the laws, it's about the corruption all the way to the top including Christopher Wray: director of the FBI

For children, traumatic events can lead to the development of post-traumatic stress disorder and other mental health disorders that can cause long lasting effects, causing higher ACE’s scores, childhood trauma, suicide, psychological and emotional issues for decades many times for life. Decades of psychological research have determined that it is in the best interest of the child and the family to keep families together. As you requested 2-3 people of my choosing as a start of the FBI’s investigation who committed malfeasance, ordered domestic violence, child abuse and denial of constitutional rights under the color of law.
Your request of only 3 people is a difficult question, as it took a village to protect these child abusers, child traffickers and all the people who protected them.
It also required the full authority of criminals within the oversight committees to look the other way and to blindly deny the blatant refusal of constitutional rights.
Here are your three people to start:
Place an illegal gag order from me protesting in front of the courthouse trying to protect my daughters. Threatened me with arrest.
https://www.hcpress.com/front-page/business-owner-in-child-custody-battle-protests-in-front-of-watauga-county-courthouse-in-boone.html Judge Hal G. Harrison also refused to file suspected psychological child abuse on my children as mandated by N.C.G.S. § 7B-301. Judge Hal G. Harrison refused to allow my daughters to be seen by an independent child psychologist that specialized in the field of psychological child abuse.
NOTE: My attorney David Turlington stated in court that due process was not being observed in accordance with North Carolina code as there was not at least a 5-day notice prior to court.
Please see all interaction between me and Sheriff Len Hagaman here:
https://www.childabusivejudges.com/len-hagaman.html
Sheriff Len Hagaman refused to write a report or provide any documentation. Len Hagaman completely covered up the child abuse so these people can continue to abuse children, and parents.
Please note: NC DSS Watauga director continuously lied about the damage of psychological child abuse. Director Tom Hughes refused to do any investigation and helped cover up child psychological abuse and the abuse to my children.
During the writing of this letter I received an email from one of my daughters. Only 2 weeks after our discussion on August 4th 2022. This would be the first initiated contact on her behalf in almost 9 years
This was not just any letter. This is what a specialist in this field of child psychological abuse would state as a textbook case of abuse.
While you may not understand the damage caused by this type of child abuse this gives you, ‘the FBI’ no right to commit malfeasance and ignore it. Waiting a full year for the FBI to contact a parent who is screaming from the mountain tops to file reports and hold people accountable is a disgraceful act by the FBI.
I have had several people who have called/written me for help after they have seen my website childabusivejudges.com. Several were complaining about the same judges who I have been trying to file reports on. The FBI remaining silent and refusing to address these acts of child abuse, child trafficking, domestic violence is insidious and goes directly to the heart of who the FBI actually is.
The FBI has proven time and again that Fidelity, Bravery, Integrity should be changed to cowardness, child abusers and dishonor.
Please show me that the FBI still has people with integrity
All documents, subpoenas can be acquired and verified from the Watauga County clerk of court.
Please know this as fact: That if you ‘the FBI’ fail/refuse/commit malfeasance to do your job and protect children from child abuse, child abusers from prosecution and parents from domestic violence, then you can be assured that the peoples last vestige of hope relies on the United States Constitution. This includes all amendments, and ‘The FBI’ encourages people to use their god given rights protected by the constitution to protect their families.

- May 17, 2016 Judge Hal G. Harrison Colluded with Tamera Divenere in private to grant a restraining order preventing me from being on any of my properties (where I lived at the time) or from coming in to my place of business.
- May 19th 2016, Judge Hal G. Harrison signed a Subpoena to appear in court the very next day.
- Judge Hal G. Harrison refused a continuance and denied due process as it is an inalienable right.
- Judge Hal G. Harrison illegally ordered 30 days of jail time, over my daughter’s high school graduation.
- July 2016, Judge Hal G. Harrison ignored the American with disabilities act ignoring a psychologists orders asking that I have 60 days of no court to mentally recover from illegally being put in jail and missing my daughter’s HS graduation. Judge Hal G. Harrison ordered an arrest warrant furthering complications of my mental state.
- August 17, 2016, Judge Hal G. Harrison knowing that I was compromised Blackmailed me by over 5 million dollars by issuing another arrest warrant as I was no longer in any frame of mind to appear in court. Once again ignoring the Americans with Disabilities act.

Mr. Gottfried,
I have reviewed the materials that you provided and I have several follow-up questions. First, I will try to answer the three points that you began your letter with. Also, I am providing my response to my supervisor in case they need to clarify any of my policy responses or have any input about future resource allocation.
In answering your overall letter, I want to continue the conversation that we began on the phone. I would like to try to help you identify the appropriate method for you to achieve the change to our system(s) that you believe needs to be implemented. The FBI is an investigative agency, not a policy maker. To the extent that there are criminal investigations that need to be pursued, with a federal nexus, I will examine those issues (more below). Where there potentially needs to be changes to State law, responses by State agencies, and training provided to State employees, those are policy issues that need to be addressed to the appropriate legislators. I believe that a lot of the change that you believe needs to occur needs to start with new or amended legislation. That is not within my ability to assist you, so I encourage you to engage with the appropriate policy/legislation makers.
As to the three individuals that you referred to in your letter, please see the following questions/follow-ups.
I am not in a position to give you legal advice. You have an attorney for that and you research and read the law yourself. When I refer to case law, statutes, or the Constitution, I am merely explaining the lens I am viewing one of your concerns through.
Lastly, I can't provide you with a blanket intake mechanism for the other abuse claims that you are aware of. As you realize, each of these situations is unique and involves different state laws and investigative obligations. You should encourage any party who contacts you to make reports through the appropriate law enforcement and Social Service entity and to contact the local FBI office if they believe there is a federal violation of law.
Thanks,

Mr. Gottfried,
I have reviewed the materials that you provided and I have several follow-up questions. First, I will try to answer the three points that you began your letter with. Also, I am providing my response to my supervisor in case they need to clarify any of my policy responses or have any input about future resource allocation.
- I am not able to provide recordings that have been made in the course of my duties unless they are being provided to a partner agency or a court of appropriate jurisdiction. As you correctly pointed out, you may request any materials from the FBI by visiting https://www.fbi.gov/services/freedom-of-informationprivacy-act/requesting-fbi-records . I won't be responding to your requests, and I don't know all of the parameters for providing information. This FBI unit is staffed by subject matter experts in this area and they will respond to any requests that you submit.
- I read again NCGS 7B-301 and DOJ Policy on mandatory reporting to make sure I understood my obligations. I am in complete compliance with DOJ Policy and State of NC Law. When, and if, we make a notification under State law or DOJ policy, we do not notify any other parties other than those empowered by law to receive the referral.
- The FBI does not acknowledge ongoing investigations nor update individuals on their progress, except when working with partner agencies or at the discretion of Division heads or FBI Executive Management. I have received and reviewed all of the materials that you have provided.
In answering your overall letter, I want to continue the conversation that we began on the phone. - Judge Hughes
- a. For the instances where you believe Judge Hughes denied you Due Process, these would be issues for an appellate court to review/decide. These would only potentially be matters for the FBI to investigate if you or your counsel had information that the decisions made by the Judge were due to undue influence, bribery, or some other criminal impetus.
- b. Under NCGS 7B-301, any mandatory reporter has a duty to report if they have "cause to suspect." If you could establish that a mandatory reporter had cause to suspect and they knowingly or wantonly failed to report, they would be liable for a NC Class 1 Misdemeanor. That is not something I have jurisdiction to investigate.
- c. As to your allegations of collusion, please provide your evidence of these claims.
- Judge Harrison
- a. Same statement as to Due Process claims
- b. Same statement as to NCGS 7B-301
- c. As to your allegations of collusion and blackmail, please provide your evidence of these claims.
- d. The remedy for violations of the ADA is a civil remedy, enforced by DOJ, if negotiations have been attempted. To file a complaint under ADA, you may do so here: https://beta.ada.gov/file-a-complaint/
- Sheriff Hagaman
- a. It is not a crime, that I can find, for a Sheriff to decide that he/she wants to handle an investigation, or interactions with an individual, themselves. They can conduct the business of their Office how they choose, within the law. If I am missing something about this point, let me know.
- b. In NC, if an individual fails to make reports, or discharge the duties of their office, they could be liable under NCGS 14-231. This is a Class 1 Misdemeanor. I don't have jurisdiction to investigate this crime. If you have information that the basis of this alleged crime is undue influence, or bribery, or other criminal action, please provide that information.
- c. If you have information about the Sheriff covering up child abuse to perpetuate ongoing child abuse, please provide it. If you are referring to Court Orders that you don't agree with, I don't see those as criminal acts merely based on the fact that you disagree with a court ruling.

September 30th 2022.Good morning,
I was out of state so it has taken me a few days to respond. Each of those 65 other situations is unique, and there is not a “one size fits all” solution for these individuals. I am sure that there are multiple states involved and each state will have its own process for reviewing and investigating allegations of judicial or law enforcement misconduct. Based on what steps have already been taken in those cases, the next steps will be individualized to the state and the situation. Some of the allegations could invoke federal statutes, but not all will.
I wish that I had an easier answer for you, but there is no advice that I could give that would cover every situation.

Rick
Hi Rich,
Thank you for your response: I am still drafting my response back to you and am mostly finished. I wanted to address your last email piece by piece.
Each of those 65 (now 170) other situations is unique, (Agree) and there is not a “one size fits all” solution for these individuals. (Disagree)
I am sure that there are multiple states involved and each state will have its own process for reviewing and investigating allegations of judicial or law enforcement misconduct.
You and I both know this statement couldn't be further from the truth.
Based on what steps have already been taken in those cases, the next steps will be individualized to the state and the situation. Some of the allegations could invoke federal statutes, but not all will.
This statement is why I am here right now talking with you. Many of these cases do not get addressed at a state level and people are left watching their children psychologically abused and themselves being domestically violated by the courts.
Most of this is in my response coming to you at the end of the week.
Have a Beautiful day.

I don’t want to get contentious with you, and engage in a back in forth. My goal is to try to help you find the best way to accomplish the change you are attempting to make. However, if you believe what you wrote below “You and I both know this statement couldn't be further from the truth”, then you believe that I am not being truthful with you, that I am lying to you. If you believe that I am lying to you, and not trying to help you, then you should find someone to work with that you feel is being honest with you.
My point was that each state, by constitution, or legislation, will have a method for addressing allegations of misconduct. You may feel that they are not following these procedures or methods, but that does not mean that they don’t exist. If these methods are not followed, in a case by case basis, then that situation will have to be addressed on an individualized basis. I can’t speak to each one of those situations generically. That would not give each situation the attention it deserves.

Hi Rich, Please let me know if you have received this. My response is in two letters which are attached. Also, I have included a list of child abuse complaints against over 250 judges throughout the United States. Please take these seriously as many children are being abused at this moment. Thank you for your attention to this pressing issue. Kenneth R. Gottfried GottfriedMarketing.com MemberPrinting.com 828-406-8760 |

Dear Mr. Sutherland,
Thank you for your reply and addressing this monumental undertaking of corruption and child abuse. Once again here are the definitions of child abuse and domestic violence: Psychological child abuse is listed in the DSM-5 under V995.51. In this case a shared persecutory delusion. The United States Department of Justice’s definition of emotional abuse is: “Harming one’s relationship with his/her children” I hope you already know the definitions of Due process. Everything on the Findings of fact sheet (attached) can be verified by the Watauga County Clerk of court and the audio recordings from the clerk of court. If you cannot get them, please ask and I will supply as much as I can. Please note: Psychological child abuses does not stop at the age of 18 and many of the effects last a lifetime. While you are asking me for a very partial list of judicial abuses I will also ask that you take this seriously and not look for the one or two reasons that can be concocted to shelve the entire complaint. After reading your response I would like to address few concerns. I also ask that you do not give me bland answers to these questions. Please proceed with bullet point answers so it will be easy to follow your responses. 1. Do you realize this is a child protection issue? 2. Can you please elaborate on your knowledge of psychological child abuse? 3. Are you aware of the damage that can happen from psychological child abuse? 4. Can you please tell me the basics of psychological child abuse? 5. What are some of the personality disruptions and disorders that can evolve from child psychological abuse? 6. What is the FBI’s position and procedure when someone reports psychological child abuse to the states entities and the state entities ignores them? 7. What is the FBI’s procedure for an employee within the FBI when that employee refuses to act on critical leads about child abuse? 8. Did I miss from your letter what kind of abuse did my children suffer from and what were the effects? 9. Have you read the American Psychological Associations letter to the President from June 14 th , 2018 and the article unseen wounds? 10. Is it standard operating procedure for the FBI to dismiss children who have been psychologically abused? These specific questions are to see what the FBI’s knowledge about psychological child abuse and if the FBI has the basic knowledge and capability of protecting children from this continued abuse. Correct me if I am wrong: From my point of view a large emphasis of your letter had very little to do with protecting children and parents and almost everything to do with the FBI trying to shift the focus from child abuse to a person unhappy with the outcome of a divorce. Are you aware these are two different things? Would you honestly have sent me the same letter had I said that my children were sodomized by the people I mentioned? I have tried to report the sexual abuse to the DSS and sheriff, but no one acted on the information, investigated, or wrote a report. Would the FBI have sent me a letter like you had written? Policy makers in your letter: Policies are already in place but are not being followed. Any oversite committees are intentionally neglecting their responsibilities and protecting the these child abusers and covering up these civil rights violations. That’s again why I am in contact with you. This is a nation wide epidemic and needs to be addressed and corrected. Violent Crimes Against Children — FBI Parents, Caregivers, Teachers — FBI Violent Crimes Against Children — FBI "all threats of abuse" Operation Cross Country XI — FBI FBI nationwide operation locates 121 actively missing kids, child sex trafficking victims | Fox News The only issue we have different from the FBI preforming their duties is one child is being sexually abused while another is being emotionally and psychologically abused. “We at the FBI have no greater mission than to protect our nation’s children from harm,” said FBI Director Christopher Wray. “ The statement you made for individuals to report their cases to the FBI on regular channels should be a gallant offer. Unfortunately, it is malevolent at best. The FBI has set up their call centers to intentionally place children, parents, and families, in grave danger (https://www.childabusivejudges.com/suicides.html). From what I have encountered with FBI's call center is atrocious. The way the FBI has handled this so far implicates that the FBI is intentionally and negligently ignores calls about psychological child abuse. While trying to report complaints/charges about child abuse no one should ever have to demand to be taken seriously. Feel free to listen to two calls I personally had with the FBI and how they just hung up. https://www.childabusivejudges.com/fbi.html From your letter: I will ask that you please keep the focus on the children, child abuse and civil rights violations and not the divorce. To be specific: child abuse, child trafficking, domestic violence, and civil rights violations have zero correlation to me being not happy with the outcome of a trial. I would hope that none of us would go up to child whose been sexually abused and state your parents in a divorce? Well then, nothing to do here. There are over 250+ Judges accused of psychological child abuse across the United States. (https://www.childabusivejudges.com/reported-judges.html). These are federal crimes across the United States and need to be addressed immediately as many of these children may be in eminent danger. The FBI needs to take a proactive role and address this exploitation of children by means of Judges and the states entities who grant these atrocities to take place. The FBI’s first order of business should be to protect children. The FBI needs a press release from Christopher Wray stating that the FBI is starting a MAJOR investigation involving the destruction of families by judge ordered psychological child abuse, the willful disregard of civil rights, the tearing apart of our constitution. The second order of business should be the FBI taking complaints of psychological child abuse seriously while via phone or email. We need to hold everyone accountable. One last thing, I am far from the only person whose children and me were deprived of civil rights and had judge ordered unrepairable damage happen to their families. Enclosed/attached are the complaint I have compiled. Please take these complaints seriously. Once again, thank you for the opportunity to help so many children and families. Thank you for your time. Please reply with the name, email, and phone number of your supervisor so I can know who is involved? Kenneth Gottfried I am ending this letter with an email that I received from one of my daughters on Aug 18 th 2022. The 1 st contact in almost 9 years. Unfortunately, I do not believe you will be able to understand the fingerprints of psychological abuse based on your comments within your letter. Please have a specialist in the field of psychological child abuse also review the letter. Dear Ken Gottfried, I have written this letter many times over the years. I have decided to send this one because I am on a journey to forgiveness and inner peace. There are a few things I need for you to know and take seriously. Your actions and words have caused me an immense amount of fear and sadness. Words have power. Actions have power. And you have used your power for selfish reasons. When you stalk me, it is scary. Please do not contact me. I do not want to rehash old conflicts. I want to use my words and take control of my own story. So please do not contact me. I need this power for myself. I refuse to live in fear any longer. You are not the monster under my bed anymore, just a distant relative. I am not interested in your opinion, side of the story, or thoughts. All I need is to communicate two things: I forgive you I wish you well I forgive the poor choices, the scary memories, and the shortened childhood. I forgive you for leaving, and I forgive you for staying. I am not asking you to agree with me; I'm just asking you to let me go. I want to live my life now. We are separate, and we are strangers, which is how I have to have it. Just one more thought. With all of the bad, I do want to reference the good. Thank you for teaching me how to laugh. You taught me how to have a good sense of humor, and I hope you find peace within that. That being said, my safety and well-being are not laughing matters. Thank you for respecting my wishes and letting me go. Feel free to work through this letter with a therapist; I found it extremely helpful. Have a distanced and peaceful life, -Megan |
STATEMENT OF THE FACTS The identities and circumstances of individuals who acted dishonestly, ordering domestic abuse, child abuse, and denied people their constitutional rights under law are given below.
December 31 st 2014: Watauga court house Child mediation: Christy Gottfried after 3-4 minutes got up from the table and left, not before stating “you will never see your children again”. Judge F. Warren Hughes a. 1. February 5th, 2015: Denial of due process: Judge F. Warren Hughes overruled my attorney's objections to allowed counsellor Lyric Fitzgibbons to testify as an expert witness, without following the proper due process procedures of a 5-day notice. Having had less than a two-day notice that she would be testifying in my case. While testifying Judge Hughes also was aware that Lyric Fitzgibbons was counseling my daughters in secret for the previous four months prior to this court date without my knowledge or consent while I had joint legal custody. 2. Judge F. Warren Hughes refused any time, visitation or otherwise with my children. Judge Hughes also acknowledged in court that he would go over the psychologicals in 30 days. 3. By doing this when my daughters were not in any imminent danger by myself Judge Hughes allowed the continuation for months of the psychological abuse to my daughters and the domestic violence of myself. 4. Denying any contact with my children led them to believe that parent must be dangerous and if a judge orders it, many children will interpret it must be true. 2. February 26 th , 2016: One year later, the North Carolina Board of Licensed Professional Counselors found Lyric Fitzgibbons guilty of 3 ethics violations and ordered her to immediately stop seeing/counseling my daughters. The honorable judge disregarded the due process and refused to grant access or enable any time with my daughters causing permanent irreparable damage to them. This resulted in severe psychological child abuse and domestic violence for more than 16 months. Lyric Fitzgibbons admitted in open court she was administering EDM therapy and concluding they should not see me. When I tried to file child abuse charges with the Boone Police Department, they implied she had judicial immunity, and it was out of their jurisdiction. Boone PD refused to communicate after that. When I tried to file child abuse charges with Sheriff Len Hagaman he blatantly refused. https://www.childabusivejudges.com/ethics-violations-lyric-fitzgibbon-ma-lpc.html My daughters were psychologically abused by Lyric Fitzgibions, my ex-wife, Judges Hughes and Harrison plus lawyers Diverne and Eggers for over 2 years prior to the NC board of licensed professional counselors demanding that Lyric stop seeing my daughters. Meanwhile I was not granted 1 minute of time with my girls. 3. August 8th , 2015: Judge Hughes once again allows my oldest daughter to testify without notice. Saying things on the stand like I never loved her or her sisters. For a child (age 19) to believe and testify to that means that she was in some kind of delusion. Judge Hughes once again refused my daughters a single minute of time with their father. Judge Hughes reinforced the psychological abuse of my daughters 3. August 16 th 2015. I went to Watauga County DSS and personally filed psychological child abuse causing my children severe emotional damage. I Was sent a letter from Chad Slagle blatantly lying in a letter stating that North Carolina does not investigate that child abuse. 3. December 2 nd 2015: Judge Hughes ordered my two daughter into his private chambers. I have been trying to see them since 2013. There he witnessed my daughter in trauma. Shaking, crying, and convulsing. My children’s statements of wishing I (their father) was dead, should have been more than enough to report psychological child abuse and report a suspected child abuse under NCGS 7B-301. If that wasn’t enough, my protesting in front of the courthouse the very next day with signs stating “Judge Hughes abused my daughters” should have warranted NCGS 7B-301 of suspected child abuse. https://www.hcpress.com/front-page/business-owner-in-child-custody-battle-protests-in-front-of- watauga-county-courthouse-in-boone.html Judge F. Warren Hughes, colluded with lawyers Tamera Divenere and Rebecca Eggers (soon to be a family court judge) to order the continuation of psychological child abuse of my daughters and emotional domestic violence toward me exactly as defined by the United States Department of Justice. Judge F. Warren Hughes ordered my daughters into his chambers on December 2nd, 2015. Judge F. Warren Hughes he personally observed the effects of psychological child abuse while in his chambers. Judge F. Warren Hughes declined to file a report of suspected psychological child abuse as mandated by N.C.G.S. 7B-301 and continued the psychological child abuse by not granting me any time with my children. 4. Denial of due process and NCGS 7B-301, any mandatory reporter has a duty to report if they have "cause to suspect.": December 3 rd, 2015 I was protesting in front of the courthouse, trying to get my children some needed help. https://www.hcpress.com/front-page/business-owner-in-child-custody- battle-protests-in-front-of-watauga-county-courthouse-in-boone.html I was served with a summons to appear in court on while protesting with in 1 hour. The legal procedure of mandatory one week notification prior to court appearance was disregarded. When I protested in front of the courthouse to try to safeguard my girls, Judge Hal G. Harrison issued an illegitimate gag order. threatened to have me arrested. In accordance with N.C.G.S. 7B-301. 5. Judge Hal G. Harrison likewise declined to report suspected psychological child abuse happening to my children. Judge Hal G. Harrison forbade an impartial child psychologist with expertise in psychological child abuse from seeing my girls even after I stated on the witness stand several times they were being psychologically abused. As there was not at least a 5-day warning beforehand, my attorney David Turlington contended in court that due process was not being followed in line with North Carolina code of having a 5-day notice prior to appearing in court. This is important for #7 6. February 5th, 2016: Denial of due process plus collusion: Judge Hal G. Harrison called my former attorney to the witness stand to testify against me. Judge Harrison called in open court to get my previous attorney in court to testify. Judge Hal G. Harrison colluded with Tamera Divenere to get a subpoena requiring former lawyer Nancy Rivenbark to show up and give a testimony with less than a two-hour notice. 7. On May 16, 2016: Denial of due process: Judge Hal G. Harrison and Tamera Divenere colluded together and in secret to have an illegal restraining order with fraudulent findings of facts. The restraining order issued, barred me from entering my place of business or being on any of my properties (where I was living at the time). Judge Hal G. Harrison issued a subpoena on May 19, 2016 for me to appear in court the next day on May 20, 2016. Denying proper due process. Judge Hal G. Harrison ordered me for a 30-day jail sentence in connection completely ignoring my constitutional right of due process. This was in conjunction with my daughter's high school graduation. Attached is a letter from Dr. Robert Hill an associate professor of clinical psychology at Appalachian State University. 828-262-2559 The Americans with Disabilities Act was violated by Judge Hal G. Harrison in July 2016 when he disregarded a psychologist's recommendations that I be given 60 days away from court to rehabilitate mentally after being wrongfully jailed and forcibly missing my daughter's high school graduation. 9. Malicious and vengeful behavior by Judge Hal G. Harrison: Judge Hal G. Harrison issued an arrest warrant after reading my Doctor’s recommendations. : Judge Hal G. Harrison complicated my mental state even further. As I was no longer in the right frame of mind to appear in court or think clearly, Judge Hal G. Harrison issued another arrest warrant on August 17, 2016, essentially blackmailing me for over $5 million and almost everything I owned and worked for my entire life. He disregarded the Americans with Disabilities Act once again. 10. When I could no longer handle any more abuse from Judge Hal Harrison or continue to watch my daughter being psychologically abused, I signed over everything I ever made in my life (over 5 million dollars, including 5 pieces of property) to stop the abuse, malicious behavior, and blackmail by Judge Hal G. Harrison. 10. Sheriff Len Hagaman acted illegally by protecting the aforementioned child abusers and instructing his deputies to escalate any interaction with me so that he could handle it personally. Sheriff Len Hagaman refused to provide any documentation or write a report. Len Hagaman completely concealed the child abuse, allowing these people to continue abusing children and parents. 3. a. Agreed 3. B. Who do I file NCGS 14-231 or NCGS 7B-301 with? The police who said it’s not their jurisdiction. The deputies who won’t talk, or a sheriff that refuses to write a report? 3. C. This is simple. Read my interaction with Sheriff Len Hagaman here: https://www.childabusivejudges.com/len-hagaman.html Then call the Sheriff’s department 828- 264-3761 and ask for a copy of the report. 3. C. Here is where this you get insulting, and it shows your lack of knowledge of psychological child abuse. Even though the court orders were for psychological child abusive to my children and the case itself was orchestrated to conduct psychological child abuse and domestic violence the most important aspect was that my children were psychologically abused. Do you honestly say to parent who believes their children were sexually abused: “orders that you don’t agree with, I don’t see those as criminal acts merely based on the fact that you do not agree with them.” Your comment makes no sense and is out of context. 11. Tom Hughes, The director of the North Carolina Department of Social Services in Watauga County repeatedly lied about what North Carolina investigates, the consequences of psychological child abuse and the reasons for not providing an investigation. Director Tom Hughes refused to open or conduct any type of investigation and thus contributed to the cover-up and damage to my children of child psychological abuse. 12. August 18 th 2016 was faced with Judge Hal G. Harrisons order to throw me in jail or give up everything I worked for my entire life. The letter from my therapist was concise about me being unable to think clearly from the damage the judges in family court had caused. After years of trying to see my children, watching them abused in front of me and Hal G. Harrisons orders to lock me up indefinitely, I was blackmailed out of over 5 million dollars and almost everything I ever owned. I was left homeless, unable to process my thoughts correctly, unable to work and the depression would follow me everywhere. When I regained some of my mental processing and realized what had transpired, I also tried to file blackmail with Sheriff Len Hageman. These emails fell on deaf ears. No reports or correspondence. Here is where it gets even more complicated 12. I took your advice over the past 5 years. 13. I filed complaints with the North Carolina Judicial Standards Commission against Judge F. Warren Hughes and Judge Hal G. Harrison. On all counts, even with court recordings and physical proof of subpoenas, dates, times, court documentation of the failure of due process, and psychological child abuse documentation, the NC Judicial Standards acknowledged that judicial misconduct such as judge ordered child abuse, domestic violence, refusal of due process, refusing US citizens of constitutional rights and the total disregard of any cannon’s judges swore uphold was completely fine. The overall sentiment from North Carolina Judicial Standards Commission was that factual data, laws, denial of constitutional rights, wrongful incarceration, child abuse and crimes on the citizens of the United States do not apply to judges. 14. I sent letters to the Attorney General Josh Stein. Those were passed down to his attorney Hugh Harris to make them go away and not start any kind of investigation. 15. State bar complaints, here is one of the blatantly obvious ones I think you will appreciate. My first attorney was Andrea Capua of law firm diSanti, Watson, Capua 2.5 years earlier. When trying to communicate with the Director of Watauga DSS Tom Hughes and Sheriff Len Hagaman, they asked me to speak with the county attorneys Andrea Capua and Tony diSanti. When I filed a complaint with the NC State Bar due to an obvious conflict of interest, the state Bar responded with there was absolutely no conflict of interest. 16. What you are asking of me, and thousands of other parents, family members to do is leap back into a corrupt judiciary headfirst where it has been proven time and again that NO laws are enforced by this corrupt mafia type tyranny. Your comment of asking parents who have lost their children to do is this: “I believe that a lot of the change that you believe needs to occur needs to start with new or amended legislation. “ is horrific and trying to shift the focus from the FBI not willing to do their job and protect children is sadistic and malfeasant. It was the same attorneys and the same case just now on opposite sides. Asking parents who are being and/or have already been abused by legal abuse plus having to watch their own children abused in front of their eyes to follow your recommendation of trying to write more laws amounts to a wild goose chase. Go to politicians to write more laws that these child abusers in black robes and corrupt organizations do not follow anyway? These people ABUSE CHILDREN AT WILL! What do you expect them to do? Stop? Any new statute will not be followed because of the enormous amount of profit that comes from these cases. 17. Over 250 judges in 44 states, have been accused of ordering child psychological abuse and domestic violence. The list can be found at https://www.childabusivejudges.com/reported-judges.html. The list is enclosed/attached to this letter. Please understand that my experience is extremely similar to many other parents experience. This is not an isolated incident. Many parents, family member have attempted many of the steps I have tried only to come up frustrated and disenfranchised. 18. I wrote a book called Killing Judges and it goes into how and why the corrupt family court scam works and why they abuse children, parents and destroy families. With all the exposure that family court atrocities are getting it is only a matter of time before one of 2 things happen. The FBI will do a serious investigation, judges and individuals will be held accountable. What I foresee is there may be another Oklahoma City like event surrounding the corrupt family courts. I am truly hoping you are an FBI agent of your word and would like to protect families and children. If you try and shelve this complaint with the 250+ others, I will make it a point that when someone who is so fed-up and frustrated with the corruption of family court acts out in vengeance. I will use every means possible to publicize the fact of who knew what and when and committed malfeasance rather than protect the children and citizens of the United States. People like Christopher Wray, and FBI agents, names, titles, dates and when they knew children were being abused, ran interference so it could destroy more families. By the FBI acting in this fashion, played their part in causing whatever event happens. This is not a game of me or many other parents having the wrong attorneys. These are judges who order child abuse and child trafficking. This is a well-oiled organization that needs to be stopped right away because there are allegations that children and parents are in imminent danger as you are reading this letter. The FBI has repeatedly shown that reports to the FBI are ignored by negligent individuals because callers are mistreated and hung up on. Please be advised that the facts in this letter, in my case and what happened to me is not at all unique. These are criminals doing criminal actions by judges and public officials. Oversite committees who cover up these illegal activities are copied from case to case and state to state. All documents, subpoenas can be acquired and verified from the Watauga County clerk of court. Thank you in advance for your prompt attention to this letter. If you need any other evidence or assistance whatsoever, please do not hesitate to contact me. And to leave at final note: As an FBI agent you can spin my letter and findings of fact in many different directions. The one thing you absolutely cannot do is prove is what these people have done is not child abuse. Psychological child abuse DSM-5 V995.51. Child severe attachment Pathology. Risk assessment for spousal abuse using the child as a weapon. Sincerely, Kenneth R. Gottfried |

Morning Agent. Sutherland,
Thank you for the acknowledgment of receipt.
I have attached 1 more file.
These are complaints for over 260+ Judges accused of child abuse, deprivation of rights, and or judge-ordered domestic violence.
They are from other people in similar cases throughout the United States.
Some have written part of their stories while others have just put the names and those who they believe have helped to commit child abuse.
Many of the complaints are from parents while others are from extended family members like grandparents.
There are over 260 judges now who are accused of child abuse.
I suspect there will be thousands more once the mainstream news gets a hold of this.
I suggest the FBI starts taking this seriously.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I have read your recent emails several times. My goal, from the beginning, has been to try to listen and to help you find the best way to accomplish your goals. In your recent emails, I believe that I understand a number of requests. I will try to point you in the right direction for each of those.
- If you believe that the FBI, as an institution, is committing wrongdoing in how they are addressing complaints that they receive, you can contact the FBI’s Office of Integrity and Compliance (from www.fbi.gov ) or you can contact DOJ and their compliance offices.
- To the extent that you believe the Director needs to initiate a nationwide investigation, and make a press release about it, you will need to contact the Director’s Office. That is not an initiative that I can start.
- You provided a number of questions and asked for me to answer them. If you would like to interview an Agent, please contact the national press office at (202) 324-3000. They consider requests to interview Agents.
- I believe you that you have hundreds of people contacting you through your web site and sharing their stories and their concerns. There is no blanket way for the FBI to address each of these cases. Because they are subject to different state laws, state courts, and federal courts, each case has to be considered on its own. Each of these individuals or families should determine if they want the FBI to be involved. If there is a federal crime or nexus, and the local FBI office has the resources, the FBI can look at their individual concerns.
- My role in this, again, is to look at specific allegations of wrong doing in the Western District of NC, and to try to help you find the appropriate ways for you to address all of your goals. I have not seen information or facts to open a criminal investigation in my area. My supervisor will review my decision and can direct me to open a case if I have not made the correct decision.
- I have copied my Supervisor on this email. I am aware that you would like to speak to my supervisor. They are also aware of your request. They will reach out to you if they believe there is something that they need to discuss with you.
- Last, I again encourage you to think about working with state representatives and your Congressman/woman, to get laws changed, if you believe that current laws do not address the violations that you observe. I don’t dispute that you are quoting definitions from the DSM, however, investigators have to work with laws passed by Congress and state legislatures, and not medical definitions. If you read 18 USC 113 and 18 USC 2243, the laws of the US are written to address physical and sexual child assault. If Congress or State Legislatures expand their definitions, then investigators could work cases based under those laws.

Hi Rick,
There is much to say about your response as it is obvious you cherry-picked issues and refused to address any investigation into the criminal activity.
There are a few questions that stick in my head that I would like you to address:
1. Is the FBI stating that parents need to just deal with watching their own children abused by the orders of a judge?
2. Is the FBI stating it is ok to abuse a child?
3. Is the FBI Stating that they do not care about United States citizens' constitutional rights?
4. The FBI completely understands there is no method of protecting children from psychological child abuse due to the continued malfeasance of the divisions of child services, sheriff's departments, police, FBI, DOJ, state bar, attorney generals, and oversight committees. Correct?
5. The FBI is fully aware from statement/question 4, there is nowhere to turn who will address this child abuse. Is the FBI stating that a parent's only legal avenue to protect their family who they believe is in imminent danger is to use their 2nd amendment constitutional right?
I will wait to publish anything until I hear back from you addressing all of these questions.
You have 5 days to reply or I will accept that these 5 statements are the FBI's true positions to my questions.
There are now 330+ Judges who are accused of Psychological Child Abuse.
Not that the FBI cares about abused children.
Sincerely
Kenneth R. Gottfried

1. Is the FBI stating that parents need to just deal with watching their own children abused by the orders of a judge? Parents should report abuse to their local social services departments and/or local law enforcement. If they believe that a judge or public official is/has been corrupted, they should determine if they want to report their allegations to the appropriate FBI office or state office with investigative authority.
2. Is the FBI stating it is ok to abuse a child? It is never ok to abuse a child.
3. Is the FBI Stating that they do not care about United States citizens' constitutional rights? The FBI’s mission is to support and defend the Constitution of the United States.
4. The FBI completely understands there is no method of protecting children from psychological child abuse due to the continued malfeasance of the divisions of child services, sheriff's departments, police, FBI, DOJ, state bar, attorney generals, and oversight committees. Correct? This is not a correct statement.
5. The FBI is fully aware from statement/question 4, there is nowhere to turn who will address this child abuse. Is the FBI stating that a parent's only legal avenue to protect their family who they believe is in imminent danger is to use their 2nd amendment constitutional right? The FBI does not encourage people to take vengeance into their own hands. People must work within the law, and the systems that are in place, to address situations. If they do not like the systems that are in place, they should work to change or update them through appropriate means, which is never violence.
You and I have both had multiple chances to communicate to each other, and I have given you guidance on how to pursue the change that you believe needs to occur. I understand that you don’t agree with my answers, and don’t think that they will be effective. I don’t think that we will reach agreement on that. I don’t intend to continue this conversation because we seem to not be making progress. If my supervisor disagrees with my decision, they will course correct me.
I wish you success in finding ways to help people and to address the change that you believe needs to occur.

HI Rick,
Before you read my response, have you ever heard of circular arguments or when someone says one thing but completely does the other?
This s the exact posture of the FBI.
My response will be in Blue.
I truly appreciated your communication as t has shown me and tens of thousands of people who the FBI is and what they stand for.
• As the FBI is completely aware I have explained this to you in my previous letters and conversations. I specifically stated I had reported the abuse to Chad Slagel and Director of Watauga DSS Tom Hughes and they both refused to do an investigation and intentionally lied about child abuse.
• I reported my child abuse case to sheriff Len Hagaman and Boone Police Department. Both departments refused to write a report or investigate.
• Most of the 330+ people have also gone down these roads and have also been turned away.
• Rick, you are the FBI and I reported it to your office over a year ago. It took the FBI over a year to respond and the FBI stated there is nothing to investigate.
• So, why the FBI is asking for one example of child abuse and is given multiple examples of child abuse, denials of constitutional rights, and then completely ignores these criminal activities is the definition of treason. The FBI is complicit in allowing these bad actors to abuse children and the citizens of the United States while knowingly committing sedition.
1. Is the FBI stating that parents need to just deal with watching their own children abused by the orders of a judge?
Answered by the FBI in red: But the FBI's actions have proven their answer is YES!
2. Is the FBI stating it is ok to abuse a child? It is never ok to abuse a child.
It is plain and clear that actions speak louder than words and in your case, the words of the FBI scream psychological child abuse and domestic violence is perfectly fine to do to citizens of the United States. In statement #4 which I made and your response, it is abundantly clear that the FBI knows about this child abuse and has REFUSED to investigate the people covering up my children's abuse and over 330+ other judges accused of child abuse.
Any normal-range person has to ask how does the FBI write one thing and COMPLETELY do the opposite when it involves such crimes?
2. Is the FBI stating it is ok to abuse a child?
Answered by the FBI in red: The FBI's actions have proven their answer is YES!
3. Is the FBI Stating that they do not care about United States citizens' constitutional rights? The FBI’s mission is to support and defend the Constitution of the United States.
In the United States Constitution, the phrase "due process" appears twice: in the Fifth Amendment and in the Fourteenth Amendment.
What due process are you (the FBI) referring to? Is child abuse part of the constitution? Is separating parents and children without due process part of the constitution?
Our constitution should be protected by you (the FBI). Do you not know how or understand what "support and protect" mean?
The FBI's own actions have proven beyond any doubt that it doesn't understand its own mission.
3. Is the FBI Stating that they do not care about United States citizens' constitutional rights?
Answered by the FBI in red: The FBI's actions have proven their answer is a resounding YES!
4. The FBI completely understands there is no method of protecting children from psychological child abuse due to the continued malfeasance of the divisions of child services, sheriff's departments, police, FBI, DOJ, state bar, attorney generals, and oversight committees. Correct? This is not a correct statement.
Based on your answer and the lack of any investigation, along with the 330+ United States citizens screaming out for help from the FBI emphatically shows the lengths of malfeasance the FBI will go.
4. The FBI completely understands there is no method of protecting children from psychological child abuse due to the continued malfeasance of the divisions of child services, sheriff's departments, police, FBI, DOJ, state bar, attorney generals, and oversight committees. Correct?

This is the most prophetic thing you could write for this question.
I will take this apart piece by piece as every statement you make is the definition of hypocrisy itself.
The FBI does not encourage people to take vengeance into their own hands.
First off, I agree with your statement but you intentionally avoided the question.
Your choice of using the word 'vengeance' in this instance is intentionally misused. When someone is abusing a child or coming at you with a knife protecting yourself or a child is not vengeance. It is protection from what you would believe is an imminent threat of danger. For the FBI to not understand this concept and intentionally mislabel it, brings the entire FBI into question.
People must work within the law, and the systems that are in place, to address situations.
Your statement here is normally very true and I would agree with that almost emphatically. But, in these instances where I have already provided you with enough factual data and over 330+ people trying to file child abuse charges your statement here is untrue.
You have ample information to find hundreds of criminal activities with evidence that laws are not being followed and the system does not work. You, your supervisors and the FBI have chosen not to pursue this.
If they do not like the systems that are in place,
No, they are not in place. Why do you think we are having this discussion right now? Do you really think I haven't researched all alternatives? Do you think we haven't addressed all avenues that the law provides?
they should work to change or update them through appropriate means,
Once again, I would agree with this statement, but the laws and constitution are not being followed. What would new laws accomplish if the current bad actors/criminals are subverting the U.S. constitution and the current laws that are in place currently? Children are being abused and are in imminent danger. This is a fact. Once again, if your child is being sodomized, asking parents to pick up a phone to start a campaign to change a law does not stop criminals from criminal activity. Asking to call their politician to change a law to stop the abuse is insanity.
which is never violence.
Can you please explain why you and the FBI believe psychological child abuse and domestic violence are nonviolent crimes? This is contrary to the United States Department of Justice's definition of emotional domestic violence and the DSM-5 V995.51 definition of psychological child abuse.
What you, your supervisors, and the FBI are stating is double talk. It destroys the citizens, families, children, and the fabric of the United States constitution.
NO! You do not get a pass on this.
You have not given me guidance. You have reiterated what you think I and 330+ others should do based on what many of us have already done.
You systematically ignored facts and failed to educate yourself on what psychological child abuse is and the damage it can cause.
I apologize in advance but I need to ask you this. Are you and your supervisors mentally challenged or on drugs?
I am serious because I can not understand how people in the FBI could be so complicit in child abuse and destroying our United States constitution.
The only explanation for the FBI's actions that I could come up with is:
I started our conversation with Cowardice, Child abusers, and Dishonor and you have proven each one.
You and your supervisors ask for one thing and ignore the facts. You make statements to cover up child abuse and destroy our constitution.
You, your supervisors, and the entire FBI is a disgrace to the United States and its Constitution.
Consider this your notice: The gloves are off.
The FBI has been notified and has had ample time to react to perform its basic duties of protecting the constitution of the United States and its citizens.
The FBI has negligently denied its own oaths of office and has chosen treason to the country it swore to protect.
For every child, parent family member who was and is harmed, this should lay at the feet of every FBI agent including the director Christopher Wray.
The FBI is an organization that has proven itself through its own actions of Cowardice, Child abusers, and Dishonor.
You are correct in stating the "multiple chances to communicate" and the FBI's complete lack of authenticity to be truthful.
You are the embodiment of a disease festering from inside the United States of America which threatens the life, liberty, and happiness of every living person within the United States.
I will leave you with this:
First they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a socialist.
Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a trade unionist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.

Mr. Sutherland,
Attached are over 410 Judges now accused of child abuse and/or domestic violence plus over 2500 Lawyers, Sheriff's offices, Police officers, Divisions of child services employees, and others across the United States accused of the same violent crimes against children.
The FBI continues to ignore their sworn duty and has refused to respond.
I am sure the FBI is aware that they are the last vestige of hope these people and children have.
What is it going to take to have the FBI do its sworn duty to protect children and the citizens of the United States?
