Morning Mrs. Johnson,
First off, Thank you for your call and time. Our discussion left me with much to think about. As you know I have not seen or heard from my children in almost 10 years. No phone calls, texts, or any communication. A complete disruption of their attachment bond. Over the years I have researched and investigated as to why this is the case. I have looked up laws and tried reporting this abuse which was ordered by Judge Hal G Harrison and Judge F. Warren Hughes. Contacted government agencies, politicians, and psychological agencies, and escalated concerns to as high as I believed they can go. I have brought this to every department I created https://www.childabusivejudges.com/ so I hear from parents, grandparents, and others about them trying to file child abuse against judges, lawyers, and the Divisions of Child Services all with no avail. I have a couple of further questions I would like some clarity on if you do not mind. 1. Imagine someone has a minor child and they believe they are having a serious mental injury. All resources at the disposal of the government to protect these children one by one refuse.
1. What should that person do to protect their child? 2. What should I tell the people that call me monthly about how to handle things when they believe their child is being abused and not one of these agencies will write a report? 3. Do you think there is a conflict of interest between intentionally not investigating psychological child abuse and receiving 500+ Million dollars from Title 4 D? {Information received by Patric Kinlaw Director of the Judicial retirement fund and Sara Maleski Legal Communications Paralegal Office of Communications NC Department of Health and Human Services} Epstein, Charles <[email protected]>4. You mentioned in our discussion last month that it is ok for DHHS to ignore child abuse and protect child abusers because it is each county's decision to make a determination to do an investigation. Could you please elaborate on that? 5a. Could you please explain what a shared persecutory delusion is and what the NC DHHS employees are using to access this kind of child abuse and protect the children in family courts? 5b. Can you explain the DHHS's process for determining if psychological child abuse is apparent in a child situation? 5c.Can you point me in the right direction for a specialist on attachment bond issues arising from the family court? 5d. You should be familiar with all these terms being we have spoken for a while. If you are not please refer me to the person in NC DHHS that would be able to answer these questions. Thank you for your time. Please let me know if you have received this email and when I should expect a reply. § 14-318.4. Child abuse a felony. It is a Class D felony to intentionally inflict serious physical injury on a child or intentionally assault a child that results in him suffering serious physical injury. Serious physical injury. - Physical injury that causes great pain and suffering. The term includes serious mental injury. Have a Beautiful day. Kenneth R. Gottfried GottfriedMarketing.com |
Good Afternoon Mr. Gottfried:
I regret the slight delay in responding. Through our conversations, I have previously responded to the questions below or similar questions. Persons who suspect that a child is being abused, neglected, or dependent are mandated to make a CPS report to the child’s county DSS of residence or to the county DSS where the child is in. Allegations reported are screened according to the statutory guidelines for abuse, neglect, or dependency to determine whether a CPS assessment will occur and what information that pertains to child safety and well-being will be learned. Information gathered and learned will determine whether abuse, neglect, or dependency of the child can be substantiated. You have spoken with Mr. Hughes and Mr. Slagle previously for this matter on more than one occasion. You have also spoken with County Officials within Watauga County. I do not know to whom else you or another individual experiencing a similar situation can be referred. The same applies to who can respond to concerns with other persons or offices mentioned in the email. I believe this office has assisted you as much as it can, and I do not know what other assistance can be provided to you. Thank you, Ms. Johnson Valarie Johnson Child Welfare Policy Consultant Division of Social Services |
